Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LeadFoot Racing website (lead-footracing.com) and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our site or services.

Our Services

LeadFoot Racing provides:

• Kart to Car Driver Development Program: A comprehensive racing development program for aspiring drivers. Program participation is subject to separate agreements and waivers.
• Digital Products: Ebooks, courses, templates, and educational materials related to racing sponsorship and driver development.
• Merchandise: Branded apparel and accessories fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner.
• Educational Content: Free blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters about motorsports and sponsorship.

Digital Products & Refund Policy

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds on ebooks, courses, templates, or any other digital products once delivered. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Merchandise

Merchandise is fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner (Printful). Shipping times, returns, and exchanges for merchandise are subject to our fulfillment partner's policies. If you receive a defective item, contact us and we'll work with our partner to make it right.

Program Participation

Participation in the Kart to Car program or any on-track activities requires separate agreements, liability waivers, and (for minors) parental consent. Submitting an application through our website does not guarantee acceptance into any program. LeadFoot Racing reserves the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.

Assumption of Risk

Motorsports are inherently dangerous. All participants in LeadFoot Racing programs acknowledge the risks associated with racing and related activities. Detailed waivers and assumption of risk agreements will be provided prior to any on-track participation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and digital products — is the property of LeadFoot Racing or its content creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission. Purchased digital products are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

User Submissions

When you submit information through our forms (applications, contact forms, email signups), you grant us permission to use that information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

Scholarship Program

LeadFoot Racing is a for-profit company. “Sponsor a Seat” contributions and scholarship funding are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. Sponsoring businesses may deduct their contributions as a marketing or advertising expense where applicable. Scholarship recipients are selected at the sole discretion of LeadFoot Racing.

Limitation of Liability

LeadFoot Racing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, digital products, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
