Our Story

We started LeadFoot Racing because we believe motorsports should be for everyone — not just those who can afford it.

How It Started

LeadFoot Racing was born from a simple frustration: we couldn't afford to race when we were younger. The cars, the entry fees, the travel — it all added up to a barrier that kept too many people on the sidelines.

So we started building race cars. But we always wanted to offer something better and more accessible. We shifted to renting cars because while the per-event cost was higher, it was easier and better for customers to get into racing — and eventually go off on their own or move up.

Over a few years, we kept listening to what people wanted from a rental service and kept adjusting our packages and market. That evolution led us to where we are now: the Kart to Car Driver Program — a complete, all-inclusive development system for young racers.

And because our full-season packages are a real investment, we started building out digital products and free advice to help people who aren't ready for the full program. Sponsorship education, free guides, templates, and blog content — all designed to help racers grow regardless of their budget.

We follow the need for racing. That's what drives everything we do.

Our Mission

We want the only barrier to racing to be belief — not money.

LeadFoot Racing exists to help people get involved in motorsports. Whether that's through our Kart to Car driver development program, free sponsorship advice on our blog, affordable digital products, scholarships for deserving young drivers, or community-building through events — we meet people where they are and help them take the next step.
