Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's how refunds work for each type of product and service we offer.
Digital Products — No Refunds
All digital product sales are final. No refunds.
This applies to all ebooks, courses, templates, bundles, and downloadable materials. Due to the nature of digital content (which is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned”), we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is complete.
This includes but is not limited to:
- The Ultimate Sponsorship Blueprint (ebook)
- LFR Sponsorship Accelerator
- Sponsorship Launch Kit
- Any future digital courses or products
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, contact us at info@lead-footracing.com and we'll be happy to help.
Merchandise
Our merchandise is produced and fulfilled by Printful, a print-on-demand service. Since each item is made to order:
- Defective or damaged items:If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Wrong item received:If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
- Change of mind: Since items are printed on demand specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check sizing before ordering.
Kart to Car Program Fees
Program fees, deposits, and payment schedules for the Kart to Car Driver Development Program are outlined in your individual program agreement. Refund terms for program participation are covered in that agreement and may vary depending on the tier and timing. Contact us directly for questions about program-specific refund policies.
Sponsor a Seat Contributions
“Sponsor a Seat” contributions are business sponsorships, not charitable donations. Refund terms for sponsorship commitments are outlined in individual sponsorship agreements. Contact us for details before making a commitment.
How to Request a Refund
For eligible refund requests (defective merch, wrong item, or program-specific situations), email us at info@lead-footracing.com with:
- Your name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (for damaged or defective merchandise)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
